Dr. Shefali Parekh is a general dentist from New York and now resides in the Great Neck area of Virginia Beach with her husband and son. She went to college at NYU where she completed a psychology degree with a minor in business. She obtained her degree from VCU School of Dentistry in 2013 and thereafter completed a 1-year AEGD at the VA Hospital in Montrose, NY. She loves being able to positively impact her patients’ lives. She listens to her patients and explains all treatment options so that they are able to make a thorough decision regarding their dental health. She also has a compassionate demeanor when caring for her patients who are apprehensive about dental care. In her free time, she loves cooking, exploring new restaurants, traveling and yoga.
